Pickup & Delivery Policy

EzPOS is an online ordering platform serving independent restaurants. Pickup and delivery options are determined by each individual restaurant. Availability and estimated times are displayed at checkout and may vary by location.
Order Pickup
Many restaurants on the EzPOS platform offer in-store pickup (also called "take-out"). When you place a pickup order:
- An estimated ready time is provided at checkout based on the restaurant's current wait time.
- You will receive a confirmation once your order is placed.
- Please arrive at or after the estimated ready time to collect your order.
- Show your order confirmation (order number) to the restaurant staff when picking up.
- Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may be discarded by the restaurant. Refunds for uncollected orders are at the restaurant's discretion.
Delivery
For restaurants that offer delivery, the following applies:
- Delivery availability and service area are set by each restaurant. Orders outside the delivery zone may not be accepted.
- Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are approximate. Actual delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or restaurant preparation time.
- Delivery may be fulfilled by the restaurant directly or through a third-party delivery partner (e.g., DoorDash). The fulfillment method is determined by the restaurant.
- A delivery fee may apply. The fee, if any, will be clearly displayed before you complete checkout.
- Ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. EzPOS and the restaurant are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Order Tracking
Order status notifications may be sent via the phone number provided at checkout, where supported by the restaurant. Real-time tracking availability depends on the delivery method selected by the restaurant.
Dine-In / Table Orders
Some restaurants use EzPOS for tableside QR-code ordering. In this case:
- Your order is sent directly to the kitchen. No physical shipment or pickup is required.
- Food will be brought to your table by restaurant staff.
Delays and Issues
If your order is significantly delayed or not received:
- Contact the restaurant directly using the information provided at checkout.
- If unresolved, contact EzPOS Support at info@ezpos.org with your order number and details.
No Physical Shipping
EzPOS is a restaurant ordering platform. We do not ship physical merchandise. All orders are food and beverage items fulfilled by the restaurant for in-person pickup, table service, or local delivery only. There are no shipping carriers, tracking numbers, or international shipments associated with any order placed through EzPOS.
